Course Overview
This course presented strategies to develop new attitudes for coping with stressful circumstances. It increased a broader perspective and deeper understanding of acute and chronic stress. I developed conflict resolution techniques through improved communication skills. I studied the physiological signs of stress and strain. This course included relaxation techniques to increase performance and reduce the effects of stressful situations. This course discussed how diet affects personal performance and stress reduction, and explored how physical fitness and a sound body can have positive effects on coping with stress
